Celebrations at Felicity run the gamut. We see a wide variety of special events: wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, destination weddings, worship services, pop-up restaurants, wrap parties for film industry folks, corporate luncheons, board member gatherings, krewe meetings, and so on, and so on…

Unique events begin with unique hosts.

As Felicity is a fully customizable space, your options are endless. That said, there are a few configurations that have worked well for us in the past. We will work together – using your ideas and our experience – to create the perfect layout for your event.

Event planning made easy – or, at least, easier.

How many people can the Church accommodate?

Felicity can accommodate up to 300 guests for a cocktail style event. We have room for 150 people should you choose to treat your guests to a seated dinner.

What does my Fee include?

For Wedding Receptions and Parties, your fee includes…

Access to Bridal Suite and adjacent areas for preparation + photos starting 3 hours before the event.
Vendor access to grounds and kitchen starting at 3 hours before the event.

A three hour event with full access to the Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, Loft and Patio.
Security for duration of the event.

Equipment:

• THIRTY 30” Round tables – adjustable to cabaret or bar height.
• TWENTY 30″ x 72” Banquet tables
• FOURTEEN Church pews in the Sanctuary
• TWO Church pews in the Loft
• NINETY Wooden folding chairs
• Dynamic LED Wall-and-Ceiling lights for reception
• Full catering kitchen for your caterer.
• Dedicated Staff Member on-site for the day.

For Wedding Ceremonies, your fee includes…

Access to Bridal Suite and adjacent areas for preparation + photos starting 3 hours before the event.

Vendor access to grounds starting 3 hours before the event.

Access to Felicity Church for one hour: Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, Loft and Patio.

Equipment:

• FOURTEEN Church pews in the Sanctuary
• TWO Church pews in the Loft
• NINETY Wooden folding chairs
• Dedicated Staff coordinator on-site for the day.

For Elopements, your fee includes…

Access to Felicity Church for two total hours: Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, Loft and Patio. Minimal decor and setup allowed.

Equipment:

• FOURTEEN Church pews in the Sanctuary
• TWO Church pews in the Loft
• NINETY Wooden folding chairs

Do you provide catering?

Yes (and no)! We encourage you to use our In-House Catering Partner, Black Pearl Catering Co. for all your food and beverage needs. However, outside catering is allowed with a Kitchen Use Fee of $12/guest.

Are there music restrictions?

Felicity abides by all noise statues of the City of New Orleans. Generally, if the music is at an appropriate level for a wedding, it is appropriate for the neighborhood. We do not host concerts or raves. All events must end by 10:00 PM.

Where will my guests park?

Since Felicity Church was built before the automobile, all parking nearby is on-street parking. We always recommend busing guests, hiring cars or cabs, or – since you’re in the Big Easy – you could take the streetcar! If your guests need to drive to Felicity, please park legally and respect our neighborhood. (Thank you in advance!)

Is there a designated time for rehearsals?

We do not guarantee rehearsals on days preceding your ceremony. If your rehearsal date has not already been booked for another event, we will gladly schedule a rehearsal. In the event that it is booked by another party, we will work with you to find another time to rehearse.

Can I book a tour?

Sure! Just give us a CALL or shoot us an EMAIL to schedule your visit.

How do I know what dates are open?

Check out our CALENDAR for venue availability.

How do I reserve a date?

Once you request a contract you’ll have two weeks to complete and return it with a 50% payment and then, the date is yours!

Will you hold a date for me?

We only hold dates for clients who have submitted a contract and sent a deposit.
